Open Surgeries:
We currently employ an open surgery system. That means you do not need an appointment to be seen by the Vet as long as you attend during normal surgery hours.
Surgery Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.30 - 10.00am, 2.00 - 3.00pm and 4.00 - 6.30pm
Saturday: 9.00 - 11.30am (Normal Surgery) and 5.00 - 6.00pm for Non routine consultations
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 9.00 - 10.00am and 5.00 - 6.00pm for Non routine consultations
Office/Reception Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.00 - 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.00 - 1.00pm
We own pets ourselves...
As a result we understand your needs as a pet owner. We aim to make the visit to our practice as convenient and stress-free as possible, with plenty of cuddles for your pet!
Cat expertise:
We are the named veterinary surgery for the
Cats Protection Truro and District branch specialising in feral and older cats .
Skin problems:
We have an RCVS certified Vet in veterinary dermatology. Simon Tai is the only vet in Cornwall with this prestigious further qualification, and has vast expertise in any skin related problem
RCVS accredited small animal practice. We have recently undertaken reinspection by our governing body and we are pleased to announce that they have awarded us an accreditation for maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care for pets and ensuring peace of mind for owners.
