Costs reflect service. At City Road Veterinary Centre, we make no excuse that some of our prices are higher than other Vets. In this life, cheap does not necessarily mean value. Our clients expect, care, facilities and levels of professional services that are above average and in order for the practice to be able to continually develop and educate staff and invest in new equipment, not unreasonably, some of our prices will be above average as a result.
Our clients know that the little extra they pay is reflected and repaid in the huge amount of time and effort we put into making sure your pet is expertly cared for.

However, veterinary fees can sometimes run into thousands of pounds especially if referral to specialists is involved. We strongly recommend that all pet owners make sufficient provision for Vet bills should they arise. In most cases this means taking out pet insurance against unexpected accidents or illnesses. We do require that payment of our fees is settled at the time of consultation. Please do not be offended by our team requesting payment. If we don't get paid, then we cannot pay or train our staff, update our equipment, or indeed pay our own bills and the level of care would most certainly suffer. We can take payment by cash, cheque and most major credit and debit cards
