Mon-Fri 9.00-10.00am, 2.00-3.00pm and 4.00-6.30pm • Sat 9.00-11.30am

Office/Reception Opening Hours

Mon-Fri 8.30-6.30pm • Sat 8.30-1.00pm

Currently we are running an “Open Surgery” system. If you arrive during surgery opening hours, then you will be attended to as soon as possible. If there are any major delays, then our receptionists will endeavour to inform you how long the wait will be.
We are happy to make home visits if you are unable to come to the practice or if your pet is too unwell to travel. However, please bear in mind that all the equipment and resources are based at the practice and we would prefer you to bring your pet to us if at all possible to enable us to provide the optimum treatment.

After Hours

Our Governing body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons stipulates that we make provision for 24 hour care and potential emergencies. We are very fortunate to be able to use a local company, Kernow Messaging Service which enables us to do so.

If you have a genuine emergency out of normal office hours, please phone 01872 273959.

This telephone number is directed to KMS who will take your details and a brief note of the complaint. The on call Veterinary surgeon is then contacted and he/she will then speak to you directly, offer advice and arrange to see you if necessary.
 
Please be aware that we do share the on call rota with a neighbouring clinic, Highertown Veterinary Clinic, so you may not see one of our usual Veterinary surgeons.
