Mon-Fri 9.00-10.00am, 2.00-3.00pm and 4.00-6.30pm • Sat 9.00-11.30am
Office/Reception Opening Hours
Mon-Fri 8.30-6.30pm • Sat 8.30-1.00pm
Currently we are running an “Open Surgery” system. If you arrive during surgery opening hours, then you will be attended to as soon as possible. If there are any major delays, then our receptionists will endeavour to inform you how long the wait will be.
We are happy to make home visits if you are unable to come to the practice or if your pet is too unwell to travel. However, please bear in mind that all the equipment and resources are based at the practice and we would prefer you to bring your pet to us if at all possible to enable us to provide the optimum treatment.
After Hours
From Monday July 18th 2011, we will be sharing our out of hours emergency cover with C-VETS, a dedicated out of hours service based at Penstraze,Truro.

At this moment our vets will still be on call 50% of the time , based at City Road.In the case of an emergency out of normal surgery hours, please phone our usual number 01872 273959, and you will be either diverted through to C-VETS or to Kernow messaging service, whereby one of our vets will be contacted immediately. Please feedback your experiences with C- VETs to us should the need for an emergency consultation arise.
