Change of Out of Hour provision
After much thought and deliberation we have made a decision to hand our out of hours cover entirely over to CVets, a dedicated emergency veterinary clinic, based in Penstraze, Truro. Please have a look at their website http://www.cvetscornwall.co.uk/ for further information.If your pet needs to be hospitalised then after the first nights care at CVets, their team will arrange for him to be transported back to City Road for continued care.They have a dedicated team who specialise in and only work out of hours and consequentally will be better suited to deal with your needs.We have trialled CVets over the last 10 months or so and we have only had positive feedback from our clients who have used them first hand.
We are acutely aware of some of our clients preference to see a City Road vet, so we have added some additional consulting slots for non routine consults at the weekend and on bank holidays.From June 2nd 2012, we will be open Saturday afternoon 5-6pm, Sunday and Bank holidays 9-10am and 5-6pm.
