1 December 2008: Refurbishment at City Road Veterinary centre
We are pleased to announce that the waiting room/reception area and consulting rooms are to be refurbished. This work will take place over the next 2 months or so and inevitably will create a little disruption.( although most of the major work will be done at the weekend.) We would all be very grateful if you could bear with us whilst these improvements are in progress. I'm sure you will all agree the work is long overdue!!!
1 October 2008: Simon Tai becomes a partner at City Road Veterinary centre
After joining the practice in August 2007, Simon was admitted to the partnership on October 1st 2008. He is very excited and thrilled at the prospect of becoming a partner. He will endeavour to maintain the quality care and services afforded to the clients of City Road over the past 40 years by the likes of Tony Dyson and Michael Kingdon. In addition, he would like to improve and increase the services to clients by the introduction of nursing clinics and the addition of further diagnostic tools such as ultrasound to the practice.
1 September 2008: Louisa Gill's first day at Duchy College
Louisa is now spending every Monday at Duchy College where she is enrolled onto the Animal Nursing Assistant Course. This takes one year and is a precursor to the two year VN course. Good luck with your studies Louisa !!
12 July 2008: City Road Veterinary Centre staff day out
This was a fun packed afternoon of paintballing at Pirate Paintballing, Arch Hill. The staff thoroughly enjoyed themselves and apart from a tweaked hamstring, and a few minor cuts and bruises got away relatively unscathed. In the evening we dined at Pippa's steakhouse, where an indepth post mortem into the earlier days battles was undertaken.
23 June 2008 : City Road Veterinary Centre launch new website
With the launch of our new website, we hope to demonstrate out total commitment to providing a first class service to the residents of Truro and welcome all newcomers to the area.
8 May 2008 : City Road Veterinary Centre launch new identity
Visitors to our centre will have noticed our new company identity in the form of our new house sign, road sign and new stationery and appointment cards, this new logo identity will be used throughout our printed leaflets and website.
